Adam Cenaiko is a pastry chef in Ottawa who focuses on cannelés and other French pastries using traditional techniques and beautiful molds. Adam used local beeswax and locally made chocolate in his decadent creations.

Sweetcheeks And Cookie-Dough is an Ottawa based micro-bakery providing quality baked goods inspired by recipes enjoyed by generations passed. All their products are prepared in-house. They never use pre-made fillings, crusts, or doughs; nor do they use fillers, preservatives, or artificial flavouring .

United World Voices works with homeless and at-risk youth in Ottawa by providing pre-employment training through our ArtWorks social enterprise. The youth use recycled bike tires and bike tubes to create beautiful and cool looking accessories, such as belts, earrings, bracelets and dog collars. Come to the market
Jargon Preserves is run by two local chefs based out of downtown Ottawa. They work to create unique products highlighting the wonderful local produce that's Ottawa has to offer. They only work seasonally and with what the local farmers have to offer. Their philosophy is to take traditional preserves and alter them into products most people have seen or heard of before.
